If you have ever tried browsing the net while downloading from bit-torrent or even for that matter a good download manager , then i guess you must have faced the long time that it takes for a page to load.

What this beautiful piece of software does is let u allocate bandwidth to each application..to be more precise you can even control the bandwidth to a particular thread. well the most amazing part of this application is that it even gives u the ability to control clients over network.
Nice little nifty software like these do make life a lot easier ;)
